Postural Imbalance
When viewed from the side, the correct posture is to make a straight line
starting fron the ears ⇀ shoulders ⇀ pelvies ⇀ knees ⇀ ankles without bending from the side.
Some sections of the body are out of balance or have issues now, so you can go to the hospital, but as you get older, slight distortions or imbalances can cause severe suffering. Round shoulders with curled shoulders, or difficulties with the appearance of a curved back, for example, create future shoulder, neck, and back pain. Bodily imbalance occurs when each body part deviates from its usual location.
As a result, the key to treatment is to restore each portion of the body, which is made up of bones and muscles, to its natural position.
